Winter Frost

Introducing Winter frost! Snow Spell's little Brother.
This little colt is a Pegasus pony. He is very timid and shy. He admires his older sister.
He has not got a cutie mark yet.
When he flies he creates his own snow powder from his wings. When he's anywhere else but in a cold area he captured humidity and water droplets in his feathers. When he flies higher into the sky or the temperature declines the water droplets freeze. When he then flies in the cold little snowflakes fall from his wings kinda like a snow flight trail that follows after him as he flies.
